My Philosophy

Being an osteopath is a meaningful way through which I can provide support, comfort and contribute to the well-being of my clients.

Through osteopathy, I strive to provide care that is holistic and person-focused, empowering clients through their health challenges and to become an active partner in their healthcare. I believe in the necessity of being rooted in rigorous learning, translating evidence-based practices to advocate for the best health outcomes. The interrelatedness of mind and body calls for a whole body approach to wellness which recognises the dynamic nature of the human body and how the mind and body can affect each other.

In 5 years, I hope to be able to expand my education into the field of counselling and psychotherapy. I would also like to provide pro bono osteopathic treatment for the underprivileged.
